Follow the instructions below to redeem your code and use the XCoins you receive to unlock a game.
On Desktop
Step 1: Sign in to your account
Go to the XGameHub homepage and click the profile icon in the top-right corner. Select **Log In** and sign in to your account.
Step 2: Open the User Center
Click the profile icon again, then select **Enter User Center**.
Step 3: Open the Redemption window
In the User Center, find and click **Redemption** at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Enter your redemption code
Enter your code in the field labeled **Please enter your redemption code**, then click **Redeem**.
Step 5: Confirm that the redemption was successful
A confirmation message will appear if the code has been redeemed successfully. The XCoins will be added to your account balance.
Click **OK** to close the message.
Step 6: Choose a game
Browse XGameHub and open the game you would like to play. On the game details page, click **Play / Watch**.
Step 7: Unlock the game
When the purchase window appears, check the required number of XCoins and click **Buy Now** to unlock the game.
On Mobile
Step 1: Sign in to your account
Open XGameHub and tap **My** in the bottom-right corner.
Tap **Sign In** and log in to your account. After signing in, return to the **My** page.
Step 2: Select Redemption
On the **My** page, find and tap **Redemption**.
Step 3: Enter your redemption code
Enter your code in the field labeled **Please enter your redemption code**, then tap **Redeem**.
Step 4: Confirm that the redemption was successful
A confirmation message will appear if the code has been redeemed successfully. The XCoins will be added to your account balance.
Tap **OK** to close the message.
Step 5: Choose a game
Find the game you would like to play and tap **Play / Watch**.
Step 6: Unlock the game
When the purchase window appears, check the required number of XCoins and tap **Buy Now** to unlock the game.
Important Notes
* You must be signed in before redeeming a code.
* Please enter the code exactly as provided.
* Each redemption code may be subject to its own validity period and usage limits.
* Make sure you have enough XCoins before attempting to unlock a game.
* If your code does not work, please check whether it has expired or has already been used.
